List'in ("we", "us") runs an influence-marketing marketplace that connects local businesses with content creators. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our mobile app and website.

Information we collect

• Account, your email address, or, if you use Sign in with Apple, the identifier Apple shares with us (and an email, which may be Apple's private relay).
• Profile, the name, handle, bio, city, interests and social or portfolio links you choose to add.
• Content, images and links you upload as portfolio items or as proof of a completed collaboration.
• Activity, the collaborations you apply to, save, redeem and message about.
• Technical, basic device and log data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your information to run the marketplace: to create your account, match you with relevant collaborations, let businesses review applications, enable check-ins and content submission, provide support, and keep the service safe from fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

When we share

When you apply to a collaboration, the business can see your profile and application. We also use trusted service providers to run the product, hosting, database and media storage, who process data only on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on our servers in the EU, and uploaded media is stored with our object-storage provider. We never store media files in our database, only links to them. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no method is perfectly secure.

Your rights and choices

You can view and edit your profile in the app at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you can delete your account, which removes your profile and associated data. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children

List'in is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
