These terms govern your use of List'in, an influence-marketing marketplace that connects local businesses with content creators. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to use List'in. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account secure. You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your audience or reach.

How the marketplace works

Businesses offer experiences, products or services in exchange for content rather than cash. Creators apply, and if accepted, receive the offer and create the agreed content. The agreement for each collaboration is between the creator and the business. List'in provides the platform but is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee any outcome.

Creator obligations

If you accept a collaboration, you agree to deliver the content described in the brief and to disclose the partnership honestly, as required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws (for example, using a clear paid-partnership or #ad label).

Your content

You keep ownership of the content and links you upload. You grant List'in a non-exclusive licence to host and display them as needed to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use List'in to break the law, harass others, post misleading or harmful content, abuse businesses or creators, attempt to defraud the redemption system, or interfere with the service's security or operation.

Service "as is"

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, List'in is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any business or creator on the platform.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using List'in and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.
